Jimmy Dale Lewellen, 49, of Mabelvale passed away on Thursday, Jan. 7, 2010. He was born Jan. 18, 1960 to Jim and Ruth Lewellen in Little Rock. Jimmy is survived by his parents, Jim and Ruth Lewellen; sons, Derek (Anna), Shane and Dylan Lewellan; three grandchldren, Brian, Lea and Skyla Lewellen; sister, Terri Singleton; brother, Steve (Barbara) Lewellen; special aunt, Deanna Johnson and numerous uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces and a host of friends. He is preceded in death by his brother, Keith Lewellen; grandparents, Joe and Francis Lewellen and Lathon and Mary Waits.

Visitation will be on Sunday, Jan. 10 from 2-4 p.m. at the funeral home. A celebration of Jimmy's life will be held on Monday, Jan. 11 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Dial and Dudley Funeral Home, 4212 Hwy. 5 North, Bryant 847-9099. Burial will follow at Olive Hill Cemetery.
Family comments: He enjoyed spending time fishing, watching sports, scary movies and fast cars. Jimmy had worked for many years at Terry's Finer Foods. His most precious memories was spending time with his family.
